The Terms and Conditions set forth herein (the “Agreement”) apply to all purchases from My-MusicBox.com, LLC (“the Company” or the “Site”). They are subject to change at any time and without notification. It is your responsibility to check for changes and updates.

Acceptance

By purchasing products or using the services of this Site, you agree to accept and be bound by this Agreement. My-MusicBox.com, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Orders are not binding until acceptance is indicated via e-mail or the shipment of your order.

My-MusicBox.com, LLC only does business within the United States. Any orders made outside of the U.S. will not be filled and the Company is not liable for any lost payment or orders.

Pricing / Limited Quantities

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing as prices change frequently. As such, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy of in stock quantity and is not liable for out of stock purchases. A return of payment or the holding of payment until the product becomes available will be the course of action in this situation.

Sales & Special Offers

Frequently, the Company offers discounts, sales and specials on their products. They reserve the right to change the terms of the agreement or terminate the specials at any time and without notice. The Company is not responsible for damages or charges incurred from the misunderstanding of the terms of the deals or specials.

Payment

All purchases from My-MusicBox.com must be made through PayPal or Google Checkout. Mail and phone orders are not available. The Company does not accept personal checks, money orders or cash at this time. All transactions take place through PayPal or Google Checkout. The Company is not liable for any stolen information, identity theft, credit card theft, etc.

Shipping

Shipping charges appear separate on your order. The Company does not guarantee when an order will be shipped. Most orders received before 2 PM will be applicable for same day shipping. We reserve the right to make partial shipments.

My-MusicBox.com, LLC is not liable for the loss or damage of items. The risk and loss passes to you upon the delivery of your items to the carrier. Request can be made for replacement but is not guaranteed to be accepted.

Warranties

Any warranties that come with your products are from the manufacturer. Not all products carry warranties and the Company itself does not issue any warranties nor are they liable for any warranty terms, expressed or implied.

Returns

My-MusicBox.com, LLC accepts reasonable return and replacement requests. We reserve the right to refuse any request for a return. To make a request for a return or replacement, contact returns@my-musicbox.com with your name, order number, item wished to be returned and reason for return.

Limited Liability

My-MusicBox.com, LLC does not accept liability for products: availability, lost or damaged, loss of business or statutory damages. The Company will not be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages, whether for breach of contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability in tort or other damages including loss of revenue or income, pain and suffering, emotional distress, even if advised of the possibility of such. The Company shall not be liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products or services. By using this Site, you waive your right to bring suit to this Company, as provided by the extent of governing law.

Governing Law

These terms and agreements shall be governed in accordance to Maryland Law. Any disagreement or proceeding that arises that relates to this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in Baltimore County courts, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws in the United States and that you are buying for personal use only, not for resale or export.
